Food Production / Packer Operatives
Shift Patterns:

Days/Afternoons/Nights

• Pay Rate: £12.30 per hour + regular overtime available
  Location: Rugby, CV21

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a thriving and expanding bakery based in Rugby, for Food Production / Packer Operatives to join their dedicated team.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who is energetic, detail-oriented, and works well as part of a small, supportive team.

No previous experience required — full training will be provided! However, previous food production experience is an advantage.

Main Responsibilities:

• Packing and labelling customer orders
• Loading vehicles for delivery
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the working area
• Completing paperwork accurately
• Ensuring all tasks are completed within set timeframes
• Supporting the Warehouse Supervisor with other duties as required
