Job Title:            Production Quality Control

Location:            Corby
Hours:                4 on 4 off (rotating days and nights)
Pay:                    £13 per hour

About the Role

We are looking for a Level 1 Quality Control Technician to join a busy factory in Corby. You will check and test products to make sure they meet quality standards and company requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out regular checks and tests on materials and finished products
• Make sure packaging meets quality standards (such as seal strength, print quality, and size)
• Use testing equipment like micrometres, callipers, seal testers, and ovens
• Record test results and keep accurate quality paperwork
• Help investigate any quality issues or customer complaints
• Support audits and quality improvement activities
• Keep the quality area clean and organised
• Report any maintenance problems
• Follow Health & Safety and company procedures
• Complete training as required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous quality control experience is helpful but not essential
• Good attention to detail
• Basic maths and computer skills
• Good communication and timekeeping
• Reliable and able to work alone or as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced factory environment
