Due to exceptional growth T&K Associates are currently recruiting on behalf of our Client in Swadlincote for a Production Supervisor to join their day shift on a Permanent basis.

Production Supervisor Job Details & Benefits;

• £36,075 per Annum
• Permanent position
• Monday to Friday 6am-2pm with flexibility to move to 08:30pm – 17:00pm in the future
• Paid overtime after 37.5 hours

Production Supervisor Job Details;

• You will be required to manage a medium sized team (circa 14 people)
• Carrying out Labour Management and planning daily labour to best utilise the machines in all area’s
• Troubleshoot /problem solve issues with machines
• Production planning
• Managing absence, investigations etc
• Looking at efficiency issues and suggesting / implementing improvements

Production Supervisor Person Specification;

• Previous Supervisory experience is required
• Labour Management / planning experience
• Skilled in planning / sequencing production
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Machinery knowledge – Good understanding of general production machinery 
• Strong Communication skills
