Role: Production Supervisor / Assistant Production Manager

Location: Rugby, Warwickshire

Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 (Negotiable)

Monday -Thursday 7am - 4.00pm Friday 7am - 2.30pm

We are recruiting a Production Supervisor / Assistant Product Manager for a large production facility on the outskrits of Rugby. We are preferably looking for someone who is experience working in a similar production environment however training will be provided.

Timber Packaging. You will mainly be preparing and fabricating timber packaging - casettes, timber cases, pallets etc ready for dispatch to the customer base. As part of the management team, you will be responsible for the production as well as goods in / out, procurement, supply chain and health & safety.

• Work as part of a team - a team of 15 and growing.
• Part of the Production Management team, reporting into a Senior Production Manager
• Overseeing a team of production operatives using a range of timber / wood saws.
• Demonstrate safe use of machinery and hand tools
• Meet production requirements in terms of quality, accuracy and safety.
• Compliance with all the company policies and procedures
• Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
• Involved in procurement and supply chain
• Logisitics and goods in / goods out.
• All training will be provided.
