What’s the role about? As a Productivity Team Leader, you’ll guide a small but mighty customer service team to deliver outstanding support to franchisees, stores, and end customers. You’ll be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and making sure service levels stay top-notch.

Every day will bring something different — from helping your team grow and succeed to improving how things are done.

What you’ll be doing:

• Leading and supporting a team of 8+ customer service professionals.
• Managing day-to-day operations and ensuring service targets are met.
• Overseeing the administration of key insurance and service products.
• Building relationships across departments to keep everything running smoothly.
• Holding regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and team meetings.
• Spotting and leading continuous improvement opportunities.

What we’re looking for:

• A natural people leader with a positive, approachable style.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident with everyday tech (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email).
• Someone who can juggle multiple priorities and stay calm under pressure.
• Detail-focused, organised, and reliable.
• Educated to A-level standard or with 3+ years of customer service experience (team leadership experience preferred).
