Our Leicestershire based shopfitting clients are looking for an organised and pro-active Administrator/Project Support person to join the team in a part time role to support with the smooth running of varied projects and other administration to support the day to day operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team and management
- Assist with project coordination, scheduling, and documentation
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure project timelines are met
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases
- Support the preparation of quotes, purchase orders, and job tracking
- Help manage deliveries, logistics, and site documentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications in a professional manner
The person
- Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and other admin/project tools
- Strong administration experience
- A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in a project support role (preferred)
- Knowledge of materials/manufacturing would be an advantage
