They are seeking a Project Coordinator to keep projects moving seamlessly across design, production and client delivery.

Role & Responsibilities of the Project Coordinator:

• Coordinate design and production work, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Take briefs from clients and work closely with the account management team to deliver.
• Plan schedules, monitor progress and update internal systems with accurate project details.
• Manage expectations by keeping clients informed and responding to queries promptly.
• Prepare quotes, proposals and project documentation with precision and accuracy.
• Work closely with creative and production teams to ensure project requirements are understood.
• Support senior team members with reporting and administrative tasks to keep projects on track.

About You as the Project Coordinator:

• Experience coordinating multiple projects in an agency, marketing or design setting.
• Confident in managing deadlines, budgets and client communication.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Proactive and solutions-focused, with a knack for problem-solving.
• Tech-savvy with experience using office tools and CRM systems.
• Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
