Project Coordinator

Pay: £30,000 DOE

Location: Leicestershire

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Project Coordinator to join our growing team. This role would suit someone with a background or strong interest in project management, shopfitting, POS installations, or site-based coordination, who enjoys seeing projects through from concept to completion.

While experience in import/export or logistics is not essential, full training will be provided. What's important is a practical, organised mindset and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across different projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end retail, shopfitting, or POS-related projects from planning through to delivery
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, suppliers, installers, couriers, and internal teams
• Manage project timelines, bookings, and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and installation
• Arrange transport, collections, and deliveries for project materials and POS units
• Oversee project documentation and ensure all requirements are met accurately
• Track project progress, monitor deliveries, and follow up to ensure successful completion
• Support basic customs and import/export processes (training provided)
• Assist with invoicing, cost tracking, and project administration
• Ensure high levels of customer service throughout the project lifecycle

Key Skills & Attributes

• Experience or strong interest in project management, shopfitting, POS, construction, or site coordination
• Practical, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients and suppliers
