Monday - Friday 0800 - 1600

Up to £55,545 per annum depending on experience

7.5% annual bonus dependant on business performance

Near to Kettering, Northamptonshire

Have you managed engineering projects within the FMCG space? Do you have the leadership qualities and set a high standard? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with project engineering skills to join a renowned manufacturing company near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities Project Engineer

• Demonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.
• Deliver projects from conception to test and review.
• Be comfortable with the project life cycle and the stage gate project management process of delivery.
• Develop and manage project budgets, control expenses, and oversee the inventory and procurement of parts and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.

Requirements Project Engineer

• Previous experience in the FMCG sector.
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).
• Project management qualifications or proven track record
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Commutable distance from near to Kettering, Northamptonshire.
