Project Manager – RC Frame & Civils
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire
Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 (Negotiable) + Package / Benefits
Contract Type: LTD or PAYE

Our client is a growing UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and piling. Our client has a turnover of £100 million per annum. Our client's expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Commercial and Infrastructure projects, from large-scale bridge projects to complex cut & carve projects across the London, Midlands and the South East. Project values vary from £5m - £30m.
About the Opportunity
Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with specialist knowledge of RC Frame, Civil and Infrastructure construction to deliver a project in Rugby. You’ll be responsible for leading the site team, managing programme delivery, ensuring technical compliance, and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
About the Requirements
- Proven experience managing RC Frame projects to successful completion
- Strong technical understanding of reinforced concrete structures
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering (preferred)
