Project Coordinator – Chinese Speaker preferred

I'm currently recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing retail agency that's looking to bring a Project Coordinator on board. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills, ideally with Mandarin language abilities, to join a company with a solid reputation and real growth trajectory.

With over 20 years in the industry, this agency specialises in end-to-end retail solutions, including shopfitting, visual merchandising, large-format print, and POS displays. They're known for bringing brands to life – and they need someone like you to help make that happen.

The Role

You’ll be managing a variety of exciting retail projects from concept through to delivery. Day-to-day, you’ll be:

• Taking detailed client briefs and turning them into actionable plans
  
• Quoting costs and advising on timelines and deliverables
  
• Overseeing production and coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers
  
• Keeping projects on schedule and within budget
  
• Communicating regularly with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
  
• Handling challenges and keeping everything moving smoothly
  

What we’re Looking For

• Experience in project coordination or account/project management
  
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  
• A confident communicator who can liaise with clients and suppliers
  
• A proactive, solution-focused attitude
  
• Strong attention to detail and deadline awareness
  

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience in retail, large format print, POS, signage, or similar industries
  
• Mandarin language skills – spoken and written – to liaise with international suppliers
