Job Description:

Niyaa people are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to work in Leicester on a refurbishment project. Our client are a leading contractor specialising in the built environment, they are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead in the refurbishment of several derelict sites, transforming them into habitable homes.

You will be Accountable for project delivery of major planned maintenance + Retrofit contracts. To ensure the overall successful delivery of a refurbishment + Retrofit project, managing a large team of direct and subcontract staff.

Roles and responsibilities of the Project Manager:

• Manage the operational delivery of the clients refurbishment project
• Mange PAS/Retrofit progress and progress on site against programme
• Effective Cost Control, manage expenditure against budget e.g. prelims/plant cost
