Project Manager – New Build Housing

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build residential housing developments across Warwickshire. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional with a strong background in residential projects who can manage multiple stakeholders and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

You will play a key role in coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to deliver high-quality housing developments from pre-construction through to handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of residential construction projects from pre-construction to completion

• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification

• Monitor build progress and maintain project programmes

• Oversee health & safety compliance and site standards

• Chair project meetings and provide progress reports to senior management

• Liaise with architects, planners, local authorities, and other stakeholders

• Identify and resolve construction, programme, or resource issues

• Ensure quality standards and building regulations are met

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction or housebuilding

• Experience delivering new build housing developments

• Strong knowledge of UK construction processes and regulations

• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and project stakeholders

• Excellent organisational and leadership skills

• Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred)

• SMSTS and CSCS certification desirable

• Full UK driving licence
