Are you passionate about driving transformation and making a difference in local communities? One of our local goverment clients is seeking a dedicated Project Officer to support and manage a variety of transformation initiatives that help deliver better services and outcomes across the authority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and manage key transformation projects across the council.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver sustainable change.

• Monitor project progress, maintain financial records, and report outcomes and benefits.

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure shared ownership and clear communication of goals.

• Provide high levels of customer care in response to internal and external enquiries.

• Maintain project documentation, web content, shared mailboxes, and related communications.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within the public sector.

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.

• Financial administration experience (including transactions up to £10,000) is desirable.

• Knowledge of transformation or change management practices.
