We’re working with a fast-growing, cash-rich main contractor that specialises in façade/cladding remediation, retrofit/decarbonisation, and planned refurbishment.

Following continued national success, they’ve recently opened a brand-new regional office in Leicester — and are now seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to join the team and support the delivery of two live EWI and SHDF projects in the city.

About you:

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in social housing, refurbishment, or retrofit

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage project costs from start to finish

• A team player, ready to help build a growing regional office from the ground up

• Experience with EWI or SHDF projects is ideal but not essential
