Property Solicitor – 5+ PQE | Leicester | Commercial & Residential | Established Law Firm

Are you a confident and self-sufficient Property Solicitor looking for a fresh challenge within a reputable Leicester-based law firm?

This company is a well-regarded full-service practice, is seeking an experienced Property Solicitor (5+ PQE) to handle a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity for a capable, hands-on lawyer who thrives on autonomy and efficiency.

The Role

You’ll take full ownership of your files from instruction through to completion, working across both residential and commercial transactions. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing their workload independently, utilising the firm’s case management system to deliver an exceptional client experience without the need for administrative support.

Your work will include:

• Acting on sales, purchases, leases, and refinances for both individuals and businesses.
• Managing a varied caseload across commercial property, landlord and tenant, and residential conveyancing.
• Liaising directly with clients, agents, and other solicitors to progress matters efficiently.
• Ensuring all compliance, AML, and risk management procedures are followed.

About You

You’ll be a qualified solicitor with 5+ years’ PQE and proven experience in both commercial and residential property work. You’ll also be:

• Highly organised, with the ability to run files independently from start to finish.
• Proficient in case management systems and confident in using technology to streamline processes.
• Client-focused, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Someone who enjoys autonomy and working in a professional, collaborative environment.
