PROPERTY SURVEYOR WITH SOCIAL HOUSING CONTRACT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A TEMP POSITION IN NOTTINGHAM

Job Title: Property Surveyor

Location: Nottingham

Hourly Rate: £35.70 Umbrella

Contract length: 3 Months on going

Responsibilities For Property Surveyor Role:

As a Property Surveyor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant. You’ll carry out inspections, manage repairs and refurbishment projects, and work closely with contractors and residents to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property inspections across our stock in Derby and Nottingham
• Diagnose building defects and specify appropriate repairs
• Oversee responsive and planned maintenance works
• Manage external contractors and ensure quality and compliance
• Prepare reports and make recommendations for investment and improvement
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and housing regulations

Requirements for Property Surveyor Role:

· Qualified in Building Surveying or related field (HNC/HND or above)

· Experience in social housing or residential property maintenance

· Strong knowledge of building regulations and housing standards

· Excellent communication and project management skills

· Full UK driving license and willingness to travel across Derby and Nottingham
