They are seeking a QS / Commercial Manager to join their team for a short-term contract of 2-3 months. • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the demolition sector.
• Strong understanding of contract management and commercial strategies.
• Ability to manage contracts effectively and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise directly with clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare and manage contract documents for demolition projects.
• Conduct cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to control expenses.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery of contracts.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
• Resolve conflicts or discrepancies related to contracts in a timely manner.
