About the Role:
Link3 Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and committed Qualified Secondary School Teachers (QTS) to join our partner schools across Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted education recruitment agency that puts people first.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to various learning styles.
- Monitor, assess, and support pupil progress
- Create a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively, following school policies
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff
- Contribute to the school’s wider community and extracurricular life
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times

Person Specification:
Essential:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum (KS3 and KS4, KS5 desirable)
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A positive and proactive attitude towards education
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Desirable:
- Prior teaching experience in UK secondary schools
- Flexibility to cover across different year groups or subject areas
- Additional qualifications (e.g., SEND, EAL, safeguarding training)
