We are looking for a dedicated
Quality Administrator to join a
leading healthcare provider within their
Quality & Governance team based in
Derby (DE21)- Immediate Opportunity
- Hourly Rate £13.84ph
- 6-week assignment – potentially longer
- 5 hours per week – Monday to Friday
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills and exceptional attention to detail who enjoys working in a structured, fast-paced setting. As a
Quality Administrator you will play a key part in ensuring accurate documentation, compliant processes, and smooth day-to-day administrative support within a GMP-controlled environment.
Ideally, you will be from a
Quality, pharmaceutical, laboratory, manufacturing, or GMP background with excellent
administration experience. You will need to demonstrate excellent
attention to detail and strong organisational skills, alongside confident working to deadlines while managing changing priorities and workloads.
Quality Administrator: Key responsibilities
- Processing shipment documentation relating to patient medication orders
- Ensuring accurate labelling and administration records are completed in line with procedures
- Filing, archiving, and maintaining quality documentation in line with GDPR and company standards
- Supporting expired stock checks and maintaining accurate records
- Attending daily operational meetings and supporting issue resolution
- Escalating discrepancies or quality concerns where required
- Providing general administrative support to the Quality team
