Quality Technical and Product Assistant

Location: Coalville, Leicestershire

Our client, a leading Commercial manufacturing company, is seeking a Quality Technical / Product Assistant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, ideally with some background industry knowledge of commercial washroom accessories.

The purpose of the role will be:

To provide Technical Support for the Aftersales Dept

Oversee Day to Day service Visits

Support the Product Management Team

Day to Day Duties:

Managing site visits and preparing reports on completion of work

Responding to Technical Enquiries

Dealing with product support Inbox requests

Understanding of MDM Process for UK

Pricing updates

Updating Data Sheet / Installation Guide / Spare Part Assistance

Person Specification:

Strong Commercial Acumen with some product / industry knowledge of commercial washroom accessories

Ability to manage multiple workloads independently

Excellent communication skills with ability to work with people at all levels

Good working knowledge of MS Office and Excel

Attention to detail with a can do attitude
