Quality Assurance Manager -Manufacturing

Nottingham (East)

£50-60K plus excellent benefits package including above average pension and life assurance

8-4 Mon-Fri

Are you an experienced Quality Manager from a manufacturing background (ideally automotive) and looking for a wide ranging, technically challenging and varied role?

On offer is a position within a fast growing division of a very well established and stable global manufacturing organisation on a large and growing site in Nottingham.

This position can lead to further progression as the site continues to grow.

For the role you will manage all aspects of the quality management system with a particular focus on IATF:16949 and ISO 9001 compliance.

The role

• Full time permanent role taking ownership of the divisions Quality team
• Ensure compliance to IATF:16949 and ISO 9001:2015 standards, including audits
• Manager all aspects of the PPAP process, including control plans, DFMEA's & PFMEA's
• Line manage the Quality Engineer and Inspection team-5 staff in total

The person

• Proven experience in a Quality Manager role within a manufacturing environment (ideally automotive)
• Lead Auditor IATF:16949 and ISO9001 and knowledge of PPAP & APQP
• Experience of team leading/managing teams
