We’re seeking a hands-on Quality Engineering Manager to oversee inspection, quality systems, and continuous improvement across two precision manufacturing sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute quality inspection and assurance activities across both sites.
Perform detailed part and assembly inspections using CMM and other metrology tools.
Oversee calibration systems, documentation, and compliance with ISO standards.
Manage and develop a small Quality Inspection team, ensuring consistency across shifts and locations.
Support NCR investigations, customer complaints, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate internal audits and maintain readiness for external quality assessments.
Ideal Background:
Strong background in precision engineering or manufacturing environments.
Hands-on CMM programming/operation (any software).
Previous experience managing or mentoring quality/inspection teams.
Working knowledge of ISO9001 or AS9100 systems.
What’s on Offer:
Multi-site leadership and influence.
A mix of hands-on technical work and strategic input.
Opportunity to shape quality processes across both sites.
If you’re a technically minded Quality Leader who enjoys variety and autonomy, this role offers a genuine opportunity to make your mark.
