Quality Manager – Precision Engineering
Location: Leicester
Salary: £43,000 to £45,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Quality Manager with a strong eye for precision and a commitment to excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to lead our quality department and uphold our IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 accreditations. Join our team in Leicester and play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of quality control and assurance.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Thorough knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Proven ability to manage customer and supplier complaints effectively
• Extensive experience with PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA processes
• Internal auditing experience is an advantage
• Skilled in global 8D problem-solving methodologies
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with new product introduction processes

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Manage and resolve customer and supplier complaints to maintain excellent business relationships
• Oversee and support processes such as PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, and FMEA
• Conduct internal audits to verify adherence to quality standards
• Apply global 8D problem-solving techniques to address and resolve quality issues
• Use Excel to analyse data and prepare detailed quality reports
• Facilitate the introduction and approval of new products

Experience:
