Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000
Location: Leicester
Sector: Offsite Construction

• Are you an experienced, detail orientated Senior Quantity Surveyor?
• Would you enjoy working for a National specialist sub contractor?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering specialist new build systems across a range of different sectors, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare & residential with an average project value of £7million per project. Your background as a sub or main contractor's Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you'll be working with a main contractor and developer client group, ensuring every detail of each project is covered.

We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who:

• Have a background working for a sub contractor - Structural framing & external envelope experience would be highly advantageous
• Are proficient in JCT contracts to a high standard
• Possess strong communication skills across all levels
• Are willing to travel to projects when required
• Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses
• Hold at least 5 years experience
