Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

A global construction consultancy with several collaborative teams across the UK is looking to add a Quantity Surveyor to their Nottingham office.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a close-knit team in the city centre who are working across an array of residential developments.

Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for an array of pre and post contract services including cost planning, producing cost estimates, contract admin, and final accounts.

The Quantity Surveyor

• 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience within a PQS / Consultancy experience
• Degree qualified
• Comfortable working in a small team
• Pre contract experience
• Driving licence
