Quantity Surveyor (Social Housing)

Nottingham (Site based)
£45,000 per annum+ car allowance
Permanent | Full-Time
Are you a Quantity Surveyor with experience in social housing / decent homes projects
TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to commercially mange a social housing scheme covering EWI, re roofs, windows, solar and more.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement of subcontractors
• Place subcontract orders ensuring best price, quality and compliance
• Order materials for site
• Produce cash flow and revenue forecasts
• Produce a cost budge for each scheme
• Complete monthly CVR’s
• Submit payment applications
• Agree variations with the client
• Would suit an intermediate or assitan QS looking to further their career

• Work on many frameworks for local authorities

What We’re Looking For:

• Min 2 years’ experience working on social housing / decent homes projects
• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent)
• Forward thinking and dynamic
