Quantity Surveyor – Industrial & Commercial Projects
Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 + Comprehensive Benefits Package
Location: Leicestershire
Contract: Permanent
Start: Immediate

A well-established main contractor with an annual turnover of circa £100M, specialising in industrial and commercial new build and refurbishment projects, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work on a varied portfolio of projects, taking responsibility for the commercial management of schemes from pre-construction through to final account. You will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, with clear opportunities for career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cost planning, budgets, valuations, and commercial reporting

• Administer contracts and manage procurement processes

• Monitor project costs, identify risks, and ensure value for money

• Collaborate with project teams to deliver successful commercial outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor on industrial or commercial projects

• Strong numerical and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

• Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently
