We're now looking for an R&D Innovation Coordinator to join our team in East Leake. This is a brand new role that will support senior leaders, grow the R&D centre and help enable the day-to-day operations of our R&D and innovation teams. It's an opportunity for someone organised, proactive and forward-thinking to play a key role in connecting people, projects and processes across an international R&D network.

What you'll be doing

• Providing operational and coordination support to the Central R&D leadership team
• Facilitating the smooth running of the department through effective administration, communication and organisation
• Coordinating travel, meetings and international collaboration, including interactions with colleagues in Paris and across Europe
• Supporting events, workshops and cross-team meetings
• Managing and improving department communications and information sharing
• Supporting knowledge management, project and portfolio processes within the R&D team
• Helping manage internal tools and systems such as PeopleSoft, digital knowledge platforms and collaboration tools
• Working closely with colleagues across global R&D teams to streamline ways of working
• Contributing to continuous improvement and digitalisation of processes to help the team operate more effectively

What we're looking for

• A highly organised and proactive individual who enjoys coordinating multiple activities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with international teams
• Someone who is curious, forward-thinking and willing to challenge existing processes to improve them
• Confident using digital tools and systems to manage information and support collaboration
• A self-motivated individual who brings energy, positivity and a solutions-focused mindset
• Experience in a technical, engineering, construction or innovation environment would be beneficial but not essential
