This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of planning, scheduling, and managing all bulk materials coming into site. If you’re organised, decisive, and love keeping things on track, this could be the perfect fit.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan and manage deliveries of bulk materials coming into site.

• Estimate weekly usage and manage storage space, making daily decisions on allocation.

• Liaise with suppliers, hauliers, and internal teams to keep production on track.

• Handle day-to-day operational issues, from breakdowns to storage challenges.

• Maintain reporting and schedules to track usage, deliveries, and stock levels.

• Manage contracts, tonnage availability, and associated costs or claims.

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan ahead.

• Excellent communication skills—liaising with suppliers, hauliers, and colleagues is part of the job.

• Proactive problem-solver, able to react quickly to operational issues.

• Comfortable working with data, schedules, and reports (Excel proficiency essential).

• Commitment to health and safety, with strong attention to detail.
