FLT WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
📍 Location: Ryton-on-Dunsmore, Coventry, CV8, United Kingdom

⏰ Working Hours: Full-Time
💰 Pay Rate: £15.44 (Overtime after 37.5 hours worked)
🕐 Shift Pattern: Nights 22:00 - 0600

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Ops With REACH FLT Licences to join a modern warehouse in Ryton-on-Dunsmore. This is an excellent opportunity for hardworking individuals seeking long-term prospects, as the role has the potential to lead to permanent employment.


In addition to operating a Reach Forklift Truck, you will also be involved in manual warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and general handling tasks, meaning you will spend some shifts driving the FLT and others performing manual work. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet and walking for extended periods.
Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently (on a rotational basis).
• Perform manual warehouse duties including picking, packing, and general handling tasks.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and maintain high standards of quality.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily targets.

Requirements:

• Valid Reach FLT license with 4 months experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Accredited licence by either of the following: ABA/AITT/RTITB/ITSSAR.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule involving both FLT driving and manual labour.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
• Not a student (this is full time work, there for not suitable for those that can only do part time).
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Own transport preferred due to location and shift times
