FLT WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE

Location: Coventry, CV7, United Kingdom

Sector: Logistics, Distribution & Supply Chain

Employment Type: Temporary (Ongoing)

⏰Working Hours: Full-Time

Pay Rate: £13.92 (Overtime after 40 hours worked)

Shift Pattern: Days08:00am-16:30pm and more shifts available

We are currently recruiting REACH TRUCK FLT Licences to join a warehouse in Coventry . In addition to operating a Reach Forklift Truck, you will also be involved in manual warehouse duties such as picking, packing, and general handling tasks, meaning you will spend some shifts driving the FLT and others performing manual work. Candidates must be comfortable being on their feet and walking for extended periods.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate a Reach Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual warehouse duties including picking, packing, and general handling tasks.
• Ensure accurate order fulfilment and maintain high standards of quality.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet daily targets.
• Following health and safety procedures and complying with warehouse regulations
• Meeting daily productivity targets and working effectively as part of a team

Requirements:

• Valid Reach FLT license with 6months experience operating a Reach Truck.
• Accredited licence by either of the following: ABA/AITT/RTITB/ITSSAR.
• Physically capable of performing manual tasks and being on your feet for extended periods.
• Ability to adapt to a rotational schedule involving both FLT driving and manual labour.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety standards.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
