£12.66/hour (rising to £13.03 after 12 weeks)
Rotating Shifts: Monday to Friday | 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm or 4 on 4 off Days 6am-6pm

We’re on the hunt for a skilled and reliable Reach Forklift Operators to join our fast-paced operation at Magna Park. If you’re safety-conscious, detail-driven, and want to be part of a hardworking, supportive team—this could be your next move.

 Your Role

• Operate reach forklifts confidently to move, stack, and organise various goods
• Load and unload deliveries with precision, ensuring zero damage
• Carry out regular equipment checks and maintain compliance with health & safety protocols
• Keep your workstation tidy and efficient to support smooth warehouse flow
• Work collaboratively to hit team targets and daily KPIs

What We’re Looking For

• A valid REACH forklift licence
• Previous experience in a warehouse/distribution setting (preferred)
• High attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Good team player with the ability to stay motivated independently
• Physical fitness to comfortably manage active warehouse tasks
