Position Details:

• Role: Reception Teacher
• Location: Derby
• Start Date: Within 1-2 weeks
• Roles Available: Full-time, part-time, long-term, and day-to-day
• Pay: £160 – £230 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate activities for Reception children
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that supports each child's social, emotional, and academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to create a holistic learning experience for young learners
• Assess children's progress and provide tailored support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with best practices in early years education and participate in professional development opportunities

Qualifications:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience working with early years children is preferred but not essential
• A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and stimulating learning environment
