Recruitment Account Manager

Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill (Birmingham)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, permanent 

Real Personnel are recruiting for an experienced Recruitment Account Manager to work on-site for one of the Midlands’ leading recruitment companies.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role based within a large warehouse environment, managing a high-volume contract of approximately 100 temporary workers at any one time.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a large temporary workforce on-site

• Building strong working relationships with on-site HR teams

• Sourcing and onboarding quality candidates for immediate starts

• Backfilling shifts and managing no-shows effectively

• Completing reports accurately and on time

• Attending weekly KPI meetings and reporting on performance figures

• Ensuring compliance with recruitment and site processes

About You

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Account Manager or similar role

• Strong background in high-volume, on-site recruitment

• Confident managing large temp workforces

• Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to staffing issues

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Available to start quickly
