
We are an established recruitment business covering Staffordshire, predominantly within the industrial sector, with some commercial clients.
We are looking to recruit an experienced resourcer, or a consultant whose strengths are more focused on customer and client service rather than sales, to support the delivery of roles across the business.
You will be managing candidates and liaising directly with clients to ensure vacancies are filled efficiently and service levels are maintained.
This role is suited to someone with previous resourcing or recruitment experience who is able to work independently, manage their own workload and communicate confidently with both candidates and clients.
Key responsibilities:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, databases and other channels
Screening candidates and assessing suitability for roles
Liaising with candidates and clients predominantly via telephone, Teams and email
Booking interviews, registrations and shifts
Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring roles are filled efficiently
Maintaining accurate records and keeping systems up to date
Requirements:
Previous experience as a resourcer or within a recruitment agency environment
Confident communicating with both candidates and clients
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Able to manage workload independently and work at pace
Good attention to detail and organisation
