Hamilton Woods is a growing recruitment firm, specialising in Finance and Housing. We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to assist with the expansion of their Housing and Property Services division. After training, the role will have the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week, with the other 3 at our Head Office in Castle Donington.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant include:

• Keeping in regular contact with prospective/new/existing clients daily through sales calls, catch-up calls and general market update calls
• Acting as the point contact for clients who require Housing and Property related professionals across the Public and Private sector industries
• Qualifying sector candidates whilst offering outstanding levels of service
• Utilising a variety of innovative and traditional solutions, to ensure we reach both passive and active candidates in a highly competitive marketplace
• Advertising vacancies, building talent pools, and resourcing candidates on active vacancies
