Location: Loughborough (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per year + uncapped commission (OTE £50k in Year 1)

Key Responsibilities
•    Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle
•    Build relationships with clients and candidates
•    Proactively source and qualify top talent
•    Achieve and exceed personal and team KPIs
•    Develop business through outbound calls and networking
•    Contribute to the ongoing success of our growing business
 
We are looking for individuals who are:
•    Experience working in recruitment (agency or internal)
•    Sales or business development experience would be advantageous
•    Financially motivated with a strong desire to succeed
