Location:Leicester - HOME BASED 
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission

The Role

We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team and focus on the cleaning and sales industries. This is a 360° recruitment role where you'll take ownership of your own desk—building client relationships, sourcing top talent, and placing candidates into permanent and temporary roles across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from client acquisition to candidate placement

• Develop a strong pipeline of clients within the cleaning and facilities management sector, as well as B2B sales roles

• Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to match them with suitable roles

• Build long-term relationships with clients and understand their recruitment needs

• Achieve individual and team targets, with full support from management

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the CRM

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (sector experience in cleaning/facilities is a plus)

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Confident, resilient, and target-driven

• Highly organised and proactive in your approach

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• A passion for helping people find the right roles and supporting business growth
