​Job Title: Recruitment Consultant 

Location: Rugby

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission Scheme

Please note this is a Sales Role , proven experince is required for the role !

Your Role:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll own the entire recruitment cycle:

• Develop and build long-term client partnerships in the Industrial sector.

• Generating leads and new businesses wins, 

• Source, screen, and interview candidates using innovative methods.

• Create job adverts and market vacancies effectively.

• Hit KPIs and revenue targets while delivering exceptional service to clients and candidates.

• Collaborate with the team to share best practices and drive results.

• Proven experience as ac Recruitment Consultant, within an Industrial sector.

• Strong business development skills – you love hunting for new clients and growing accounts.
