You might already work in recruitment, or you could come from a role where connecting with people and spotting opportunities is second nature. Role & Responsibilities of the Recruitment Consultant:

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their hiring needs and commercial goals.
• Sourcing and engaging top-quality candidates through networking, headhunting, job boards and referrals.
• Identifying and approaching potential new clients to grow our portfolio and create fresh job opportunities.
• Stay commercially aware, spotting opportunities and keeping up with industry trends.
• Attend events, exhibitions and networking opportunities to represent the ER brand.
• Collaborate with our Marketing and other divisions to make an impact in your sector.

About You as the Recruitment Consultant:

• Experience in recruitment OR a proven track record in a role where relationships and commercial thinking are key.
• A natural communicator who enjoys building new relationships and developing business opportunities.
• Organised, proactive and driven to deliver results.
• A team player who values collaboration but is comfortable working independently.
