Are you an ambitious sals professional seeking a fast-paced role with uncapped earning potential? Our client, a rapidly expanding recruitment business based in Hinckley, is looking to hire a talented Recruitment Consultant to join their brand-new office and be part of their ambitious growth plans.

About the Role

You will work as a 360-degree Recruitment Consultant, specialising in engineering and manufacturing recruitment. The role involves full lifecycle recruitment - from new business development to candidate management - within a busy and supportive team environment.

Working from their modern office in Hinckley, you will focus heavily on building new client relationships while managing an existing customer base. Weekly and monthly KPIs will be in place to help track and drive your success, both individually and as part of the wider team.

• Energetic and motivated recruiters with a passion for sales and relationship building

• Experience within engineering recruitment is preferred but not essential; candidates looking to move into the industry are encouraged to apply
