Renewable Energy Recruitment Specialist – Permanent & Contract
Location: Leicestershiire /Hybrid

A people-focused, employee-owned, independent recruitment business with a strong presence across the UK  is seeking an ambitious recruitment consultant / Recruitment Specialist to lead and scale a renewable energy division.

The successful recruitment consultant will work closely with senior leadership to develop a permanent and contract offering within the renewable energy and sustainability market. About You:

• Proven experience as a recruitment consultant within a recruitment agency environment (essential)
• Background in permanent, contract, or temporary recruitment
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to build and grow a business area
• A strategic and driven recruitment consultant who wants to influence direction and lead a team
