Recruitment Manager | Associate Recruitment Director – Future Director

Leicester-based (Hybrid – East Midlands)
to £65,000 basic + Bonus + Future Equity Potential
Multi-Sector Recruitment (Commercial ,Professional Services ,Technical, Corporate Recruitment)

• Comprehensive training and development in recruitment management.
• Individual career plan to suit Consultants and Senior Managers 
• Team and Personal commission (threshold initially) 
• Very realistic budget/targets taking into account market conditions
• Clear path to Recruitment Director if desired

Are you a proven Recruitment Manager ready to step up — or a Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to move into your first management role with the right training and ongoing support?

We’re hiring a Recruitment Manager or Associate Recruitment Director to join a successful long established , Leicester-based recruitment business with an excellent reputation across the East Midlands. This is an opportunity to step into a senior leadership role — with full backing from a hands on CEO ,with an opportunity for those that wish to fast-track route to Director level.

 Role:

• Leading from the front in recruiting -sales through face to face / telephone and hands-on delivery .You are not personally targeted on fee generation.
• Training and development of a small team of recruiters and resourcers 
• Recruit , mentor, and manage consultants across one or more specialist sectors
• Work closely with the CEO to shape commercial strategy and drive growth

Experience:

• Experienced Recruitment Manager or team leader with a strong billing history in Commercial, Office, or Professional Services Recruitment
• Could also consider a strong Senior Recruitment Consultant ready to take their first step into management as you will have full training and support from the CEO both internally and external training 
• Ideally some experience of developing and coaching a small team in recruitment 
• A motivational leader who sets the tone by example
• Recruitment experience is essential knowledge of the East Midlands area is desirable
