We’re currently looking to engage a Recruitment Resourcer to support our expanding Freelance Division within the Construction, Consultancy, and Residential markets. This is a fantastic opportunity that will suit an experienced resourcer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values autonomy or a Trainee who has the drive and passion needed.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Making initial contact with candidates and assessing suitability for live roles
• Supporting Consultants by managing candidate pipelines and shortlists
• Maintaining accurate records and candidate information within our CRM system
• Providing regular updates on sourcing progress and market insights
• Helping to build strong, lasting candidate relationships and network

Who We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in candidate resourcing, ideally in the construction or technical markets
• Self-motivated, organised, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
