The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll work closely with our experienced recruitment consultants to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates for our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and make a real impact within a thriving sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles within the construction, trades, and labour industry.
• Managing job adverts and candidate applications.
• Conducting telephone interviews and assessing candidate suitability.
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates to ensure ongoing engagement.
• Coordinating compliance checks, including right-to-work documentation and certifications.
• Supporting consultants with administrative tasks and database management.
• Maintaining excellent communication with both clients and candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

What We’re Looking For:

• A proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for people.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is advantageous but not essential – full training will be provided.
• A good understanding of the construction, trades, and labour sector is a bonus.
