Commercial Refrigeration Installation Engineer

East Midlands | £38,000 – £40,000 +D2D & Overtime

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join our growing installation team.

This role is ideal for an engineer who enjoys installation-heavy projects with a structured pipeline of work and high-quality accommodation when working away.

Role Overview

• Refrigeration installation work across retail, pharmaceutical and supermarket stores.

• Mix of days, nights, and occasional working away with refits typically carried out at night

• Working away approx. 20–30% of the year

Experience & Requirements

• Strong background in commercial refrigeration installation
• Comfortable with supermarket environments
• F-Gas certification essential
• CO₂ experience advantageous
• Flexible approach to days/nights and travel

• £38,000 – £40,000 basic salary (some flexibility for right candidate)
