Regional BDM – Midlands (CCTV & VMS)
Role:
Drive sales of CCTV and VMS solutions across the Midlands via system integrators, consultants, and distributors.
Key Focus
• Grow and manage integrator & distributor relationships
• Get VMS specified into projects via consultants
• Deliver demos, CPDs, and joint customer visits
• Build and convert pipeline (public sector, transport, retail)
What You’re Selling
• Cameras + VMS platforms
• Analytics, storage, and integrated solutions
Key Skills
• Channel sales experience (integrators/distribution)
• Ability to influence consultants/specifiers
• Basic technical knowledge (IP video, ONVIF)
• Good understanding of IP Video surveillance & security system integration
Package (UK Typical)
50-55k Basic DOE + excellent commission package
