The purpose of a Regional Manager:

To be take overall management responsibility for the homes in the region. To provide strategic leadership, governance, and oversight across the children’s homes, ensuring full compliance with the regulatory framework. The Responsible Individual will be accountable for ensuring that systems, processes, and leadership arrangements support the delivery of high-quality care, safeguarding, and positive outcomes for children and young people, and that Registered Managers are appropriately supported and held to account.
