
Looking for your next step in the Motor Factor industry? We are looking for an experienced, driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales performance across Region 11– supporting branches, developing teams, and driving growth while delivering The Power to Supply.

What You’ll Do:
• Lead and support sales performance across multiple branches
• Drive revenue growth and develop key customer relationships
• Coach and develop sales teams to maximise performance
• Monitor sales activity, performance, and market trends
• Work closely with Branch Managers to deliver business plans
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in a sales management role within the motor industry
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
• Good understanding of automotive parts and the motor factor environment
Knowledge of the regional market and customer base would be a distinct advantage.
